Upon completion of the In-Country Seminar scholars will be invited to join the Alumni network which has three goals:

Enable scholars from all cohorts, past or present, to stay connected and have a one-stop destination to stay connected to Alumni globally and share best practices.
Stay informed on news relating to Cargill’s businesses and leaders all over the world.
Share professional development topics and allow for scholars to improve their brand and network.
